Incoming Impact
A faith-in-action series inspired by the audacity of the Acts Church that aims to apply God’s Word to the analysis of unfolding national security events and global leadership challenges, and to discern their role in spiritual warfare and Bible prophecies.
This series aims to achieve these goals:
Observe world events, national security issues, and global leadership challenges from a nondenominational, Christ–centered and Holy Spirit–led perspective.
Discern and analyze as led by God the Father’s authorization and leadership, Jesus’ life model, teachings and discipleship, and the Holy Spirit’s friendship, counseling, encouragement and empowerment.
Apply scriptural wisdom and knowledge and, most importantly, to pray with intent, heart, and precision to break chains and patterns of darkness and empower God’s children to rise up in truth, and step into the one true living God’s victory on all battlefields of spiritual warfare against the prince of this world―the serpent―and his desperate end–time armies.
Using dynamic epic illustrations, authoritative resources, and investigative, storytelling styled reportings, Incoming Impact aims to become a unique series of deep studies of current events and phenomena, specifically in the critical arenas of national security, leadership, politics, and culture through the lens of timeless Bible passages, providing compelling analyses of the big picture of the opportunities, challenges, and the prophetic timeline that God’s people are facing.
For too long, the kingdom of darkness has convinced the majority of the church to stay superficial and blissfully ignorant of various spiritual battles and fronts, specifically the contentious front of politics, cultures, and national security.
Even within churchgoing circles, politics―for the majority of time―has become a taboo instead of being recognized as one of, if not the most, critical battlefields that Jesus‘ disciples can engage in due to its immense power to impact and transform other battle arenas.
In this critical time, the church must not shut their eyes and ears from politics. They must no longer arrogantly treat it as a beneath–me slime golf club preserved for the shadiest, greediest, most compromised, and godless individuals of the land, who are, at the same time, permitted and handed over immense governance power by the same motion–abiding churchgoers to freely make decisions at the highest level to control the lives of millions of Christians.
The time to stop Christianity’s willful ignorance of and misguidedness about politics, or more accurately―polity and leadership―is now.
But Christians don’t go to battles alone, we lead with the Gospel and Jesus, our Lord, at the helm.
Just like any spiritual battle arena, Jesus’ disciples must see politics, culture, and national security as serious spiritual battlegrounds that need faithful, biblically–minded soldiers to step up and bring people to, or back to Jesus Christ through sound administration and Christ–centered governance and policy–making.
Such are battlefields of the faith that must be fought alongside God from a Christ–centered, Holy Spirit–led position.
So, what’s the politics that Christians need to focus on, you might ask? Well, it’s neither left nor right nor blue nor red nor whatever other irrelevant political labels and colors, but straight governance and decision-making at the highest level of the land with the ultimate goal of bringing people to or back to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, the alpha and omega, the one who had come and the one to come.
This is a challenge to the largely sugar-glazed church to now rise up as the Acts church—the church that thrived under persecution, the church commissioned by Jesus Christ to change the world.
It’s about time Christians stop being superficial and surface-level about their faith.
It is now time for all Christians of every walk of faith to pick up their cross, start applying scriptural teachings in their approaches and actions, seek after Jesus’ model and teachings, and allow for the outflow and integration of their faith into every aspect of their lives instead of limiting them to Sunday Morning’s sessions, then go home and complain about the warlocks, witches, religious extremists, and godless people and policies they’ve freely allowed to dominate and terrorize their neighborhoods and communities.
Join me on Saturday to discern the times and actively participate in the unfolding of God’s will on earth not as “I don’t want to be involved” spectators, but as combat warriors in God’s army.
